WFTC 2017-Wales Registration Process

We wish to ensure that RGB’s are fully represented at Wales 2017, and that non UK competitors are not excluded. Therefore, registration for Wales 2017 will differ from Portugal 2016 in that we will have two different registration processes, one for RGB Teams and another for Individual competitors.

Initial priority will be given to the registration of RGB teams. The registration process will then be opened to individual competitors.

1. RGB Team Registration 

Team Registration will open on the 1st of September 2016 and close on the 29th of October 2016.

RGB’s will have to create an account and then register the number of PCP (max 8) and Piston (max 6) competitors that they wish to attend Wales 2017. Ideally Team members should be named at this stage, but names can be added or substituted via your account later.

Please ensure that you select your correct RGB from the drop down country when you create your website Team account

Initially, the priority for RGB’s is to register the numbers that they wish to attend Wales 2017

The RGB representative that completes the Team registration will be automatically generated a user account upon registration. (Your username and password can also be created at this stage).

This will enable them to access their Team(s) registration details on the website to add the names of Team members or make amendments. This facility will be open until 26th of August 2017.

It is essential that RGB’s complete their team(s) registration by the 29th of October; we cannot guarantee their place at Wales 2017 after this date.

 

Team Registration is easy…

There are just three steps to complete.

Step 1: Create your website team account by clicking on the Team Registration Tab below


Step 2: Add your PCP and Springer/Piston Team Numbers and complete registration. An e-mail will be generated with an invoice for the Team registration cost and details of how to complete payment.Payment must be made within 14 days of registration.


Step 3: Add your Team Member details from your user account area. Your team members will be sent an email with their unique team link and invited to register their details.

Please ensure that you enter the correct e-mail address for your Team Members, as an incorrect e-mail address will result in that Team member being unable to complete their registration

2. Individual Registration 

Registration for individual competitors will be open to all from the 30th of October and will close on the 31st of March 2017. Individuals who wish to secure a place at Wales 2017 are encouraged to register early.

Before you enter the registration page please have the following information at hand, to enable you to complete registration in one process:

  • Please ensure that you have your Gun manufacturer and model type and the serial number
  • Note you Polo shirt size and decide on the name/nickname that you want embroidered on it
  • Decide if you wish to pay for a Welcome dinner meal and do you want extra guests to attend
  • The Awards dinner is included in your registration fee ,but you can invite guests
  • The registration process must be fully completed, otherwise your details may not be saved
  • Click on the individual registration tab and enter registration

Enter your personel details and equiptment details and then tick ‘I am not a robot’. Six images will appear ,please match the three images that are similar to the caption by clicking on each image. You will then arrive at the payment page ,complete this and register. Once you have  registered  your name will be added to the competitor list when we have received payment. An invoice for payment will be sent to your e-mail address please pay this within 14 days of the registration date.If you do not pay within this time your registration will be deleted

If places are still available, we will however under special circumstances allow additional registrations after this date


PLEASE NOTE: RGB Team Member Individual Registration

Individuals initially registered in RGB Teams will have bypassed the individual registration process and will therefore need to register their personal details in the team registration area.

During this process, you will select and pay for any ‘extras’ required, for example the Welcome dinner, guest dinners, bean bag refill etc.If you do not require any ‘extras’ you will have to pay a nominal admin fee of £1.00 to complete your registration. Your name will appear on the Competitor list once you have completed this process.

When the RGB representative enters the Individual’s name and their e-mail address in the Team registration section, an e-mail will be automatically sent to that individual, with a unique link inviting them to register to access the Team Member Individual registration section.

If you are a Team Member and have lost / not received your email, please contact your team leader / representative or the WFTC 17 team for your access.

They will be able to complete their registration from the 1st of September 2016 and up to the 1st of May 2017.

It is essential that RGB Team members adhere to this process to validate their registration and do not register via the link below.

 


Payment

Payment for Teams and individuals will be by Bank transfer. Confirmation of payment will be indicated by the addition of  individual names to the competitor list on the Wales 2017 website.

Competitors will benefit from completing the registration and payment process early, as they can then go ahead with confidence and book accommodation and make travel arrangements.


Registration Fees and Costs:

Individual Registration fee – £115.00

PCP Team Registration fee – £40.00

Springer/Piston Team Registration fee – £30.00

Welcome Dinner cost – £20.00 per head

Awards Dinner – additional guest cost – £22.00 – note registration fee includes competitor dinner cost

Bean Bag refill cost – £2.00


Refund Policy

Once we have received payment and your name appears on the competitor list you are guaranteed a place at Wales 2017. If however you decide for whatever reason that you cannot attend, we will issue a refund of your registration payment, but will deduct an admin fee of £40 to cover our costs.

For Teams, if you are unable to fill all the places that you reserved and paid for then we will issue a refund minus our bank transfer fee, and will then offer any spare places to individual competitors

Refunds after the 1st of May 2017 will not be considered, and if you fail to attend the event no refund will be paid:see our Terms and Conditions.
